To qualify for our guarantee:
You must have used the product as directed for a reasonable trial period.

Return the product (used or unused) to our designated address.
Provide your order number and brief explanation.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The order must have been purchased directly from officialmomblends.com.
Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of delivery.
All return requests must be submitted by contacting hello@officialmomblends.com for return authorization.
All approved returns must be sent back to our designated warehouse address, as provided by our support team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you. Claims must be reported promptly after receipt with clear photo or video evidence.
Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are not automatically provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or ineligible for a refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refund Processing
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Timeline:

Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours, as they may already be in processing or fulfillment.
Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at the time of delivery and returned to sender:
Refunds will only be processed after the item is returned to our warehouse and confirmed.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the provided shipping address.
Refund Confirmation
Once a refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with transaction details. This email serves as proof of refund for your records.
