FREE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That's why we provide free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States and to customers worldwide.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you at hello@officialmomblends.com.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Please note: This timeframe begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays or unforeseen carrier issues.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your door.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

For some shipping carriers, it takes 1-2 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at hello@officialmomblends.com.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Mom's Blends is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility and resolve the issue at no charge to you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us for this reason, you may contact us to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply)
  • If your package is still in transit and marked as undeliverable, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to update the delivery address

📮 P.O. BOX ADDRESS POLICY

Please note that we do not recommend using P.O. Box addresses as your shipping destination.

While we strive to ensure successful delivery of every order, P.O. Boxes are not always supported by our delivery partners, which may result in failed deliveries, delays, or returned shipments.

Important Notice:

  • If you provide a P.O. Box address, you assume full responsibility for any delivery issues that may occur
  • Mom's Blends is not liable for lost, missing, or undelivered packages sent to P.O. Box addresses
  • Refunds, replacements, or reshipments will not be provided for orders affected due to the use of a P.O. Box

To help ensure smooth and successful delivery, we highly recommend providing a valid physical street address when placing your order.

CUSTOMS

For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

For logistical reasons, free gifts in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if ordered together.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY

Please be advised that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery. At that point, responsibility for the package is transferred to the logistics provider.

Once a tracking number indicates that the order has been Delivered, we are no longer liable for any missing packages. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly
  • Review any delivery photos or notes provided by the carrier

We collect phone numbers at checkout so carriers can contact you directly in case of delivery issues or questions.
